Had forgotten my card at home and was getting a last minute gift on a budget, it felt like where ever I went I was not going to find anything but Jessica was so patient and helpful with me. I found the perfect ring at the perfect price, I’m just very grateful I found the right place. They had Apple Pay, a bunch of beautiful options, honestly a great experience.

I went into Penn Square to get my ring resized but it has been a few years and didn’t know my protection plan. They did not help. I went to the OKC outlet location and Margarita went above and beyond to make sure my replacement plan was in place. I’m so grateful for her help, I wish more people would be like her!

I appreciate Kathy (store manager) helping me out today. She was the only one able to special order my wedding band. Without her I was not able to get my correct size. If you’re near the area and you need a special size. Please ask for her.

Kathy was GREAT! She showed me and my husband every ring I asked about and even suggested a few. I ended up with a beautiful pear shaped diamond ring. I'm elated! (The ring is on Kathy's finger, it needs to be sized).

Loved the customer service, took us in last minute. We originally went to penn square, you could already tell they just wanted to make a sale, we came to the outlet and Ben and Blake helped us and we left with something we loved !! Definitely recommend!!!
